Demonstration cars
Demonstration cars have already been registered by the trader and are used for test drives for instance. The reason: These cars are often intentionally ordered with extensive extras from the manufacturer. For whoever has the pleasure of experiencing seat heating, a retractable roof and leather seats during a test drive, might just consider those as well during the configuration of an order vehicle.
One-day registrations
One-day registrations are an attractive solution for a lot of prospective buyers of a new car. Strictly speaking, even though they have never been driven in traffic, they are considered as used cars. For example, dealers have the cars registered under their names in order to achieve certain order quantities. These must then quickly leave the dealership. This provides leeway when negotiating prices.
(Up to) one-year-old cars
A car that is (up to) one-year-old is a good compromise for buyers, who are looking for a currently recent model, but who needs to take a closer look at the price and, in exchange, is ready to accept the first signs of wear.
The price difference to a new car can be enormous and, depending on the model, it can lie between 10 and 40 percent.
